Most demolition requires prior notification to Surrey Heath Borough Council before work starts, with full consent for listed or conservation-area buildings. Many Camberley projects are residential — demolishing a tired extension, garage or outbuilding to make way for a new build — and the area's sloping, wooded plots often call for careful access planning and site preparation. Where a pre-2000 building is involved we arrange the required asbestos survey and safe removal first. We can follow demolition straight through into the groundworks, so the plot is dug, cleared and ready for the new foundations without a second contractor. Demolition waste is segregated and recycled wherever possible.
